It’s so stunning and so chic mashallah tabarakallah its hood is wide enough that when it’s lifted it covers and drapes the area between your head and shoulders to abide by the legislated hijab! And when worn with the hood down, it creates such an elegant silhouette at the back like a beautiful shawl mashallah. If you don’t own one, ukhti take my advice and make the purchase. Mashallah I don’t regret it one bit. Wallahi the price is justified, the amount of wear I get from this piece! I reach for it every day and have it on repeat. The hood is huge enough that I can cover my face without wearing a niqab. I got one size bigger than I should have. I am 5'2 (156 cm) and I got a size 56, but I should have got a size 54. But I like how even my feet are fully covered when I wear the cloak. Great clothing item to wear when getting fully dressed up but you don't want to show anyone how you look before entering the party/gathering.
